SEC Running Back Nick Chubb Road to Recovery Went Through Borders ATA

When Georgia Bulldogs running back Nick Chubb tore three major ligaments in his left knee, he didn’t stop doing what he loved. In fact, his non-traditional rehabilitation treatments might have helped him get back on the field within less than a year. Chubb trained with brothers Sean & Cole Borders, of Borders Black Belt Academy, to regain strength and prepare his knee for the types of hits that he would take as part of the SEC. Halloween night is supposed to be filled with scares – but only scares of the pretend variety. Unfortunately, Halloween night poses a few unique risks for kids of any age. Here’s a complete checklist for keeping your little monsters safe while they’re out trick or treating.

Safety in Numbers

Children 12 and under should be accompanied by a parent or other trusted adult. When out trick or treating, accompany younger children to the door. Also, never let children enter the home
